Seerah Course:

Purpose of the Course:

This course will help us in attaining following things:

• It is an obligation

Allah has commanded us to know the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

• Increase our love for the Prophet (S)

Studying Seerah is the number one way to increase our love for the Prophet (PBUH)

• Seerah helps us understand the Quran

The Qur’an is a very profound book and it cannot be understood without context. Where needed, the Seerah provides the context.

• A source of optimism

The Seerah raises our hopes, lifts our spirits and blesses us with optimism. By studying the Seerah we can understand that the people before us suffered even more.

• The Seerah itself is a miracle

The life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is in itself a miracle. But studying the Seerah, we can appreciate this miracle.

• Primary way of defending the honor of the Prophet (PBUH)

Especially in times like ours where the enemies of Islam are trying to attack the honor of our Prophet (PBUH) we need to find what is the truth and spread it.
